Terms & Conditions
-All service plans require a minimum one (1) year agreement beginning on the date of installation. The agreement term does not begin on January 1st and is based solely on the installation date.
- If service is canceled prior to the completion of the one-year term, the monitoring equipment/system installed by Coppertown Plumbing must either:
-Be returned/removed by Coppertown Plumbing, or
-Be purchased by the customer at the applicable buyout price.
- Customer must provide active Wi-Fi service and network information at the time of installation in order for the monitoring system to function properly.
- Electrical work is not included under any plan. Any electrical modifications, repairs, outlets, or electrical troubleshooting required for installation or operation are the responsibility of the customer and/or a licensed electrician.
- Any repairs needed to the existing water softener, plumbing system, valves, drain lines, fittings, or related equipment are not included under the service plans and will be quoted separately upon inspection.
- Salt deliveries are limited to the quantity included within the selected plan. Additional salt deliveries or bags exceeding the plan allowance will be billed separately.
- Monitoring services are dependent on active Wi-Fi connection and power being maintained by the customer. Coppertown Plumbing is not responsible for interruptions caused by loss of internet connection, power outages, or customer network changes.
- Unused service visits, deliveries, or included services do not roll over or carry over into future agreement terms.
- Customer is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the water softener, and related equipment during scheduled service visits.
